How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is auto calculated using USPS live rates service.  The cost will vary based on the service you choose, your location, and the amount of products order. Flat rate was too expensive for our customers so we choose to use live rates calculated by USPS to have a more accurate shipping cost with no additional markup. You have an option of First Class Postage or Priority Mail.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Accepted Answer

Returns are accepted only if the item is unopened within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will not be issued on return items that arrive damaged.

If your order arrives to you damaged please email Flash@kaletaskitchen.com with photos of the damaged box and items for replacement to be sent.

Where and how quickly do you ship?

Accepted Answer

We ship within the 48 continental states of the United States using the United States Postal Service. The arrival date is determined by the shipping method. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Ship time is between 5 - 7 business days depending on the final destination. Please note that during government holidays and major holidays, your order may be delayed due to the post office being closed. Please select your shipping service accordingly.
