Hello friends, can you believe it? It's September. How quickly our BBQ season here in

Chicago is slowly coming to a close. Nah, who are we kidding - we smoke and grill all year round here at Kaleta's Kitchen!

Sorry we haven't been very active this year, between relocating our home base to getting a new co packer and taste testing our new sauce recipes it's been a busy summer! We did manage to participate in one BBQ competition this year at Park Ridge. Thanks for everyone who came out to support us at Vine St BBQ Competition and Fest! We had a blast! If you didn't make it, don't worry, we'll be making a few more appearances with our boss Flash before the end of the year!
